Senior Spa Therapist

Zen Spa Nepal is looking for an experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our therapy team in Kathmandu. You will deliver our signature treatments — from Himalayan salt stone massage to Ayurvedic Abhyanga — and set the standard of care for every guest who walks through our doors.

This is a senior role for a therapist who takes pride in technique, hygiene and hospitality, and who enjoys guiding junior colleagues.

• Perform a full menu of massage, body and wellness treatments to Zen Spa standards
• Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable therapies
• Mentor and train junior therapists on technique and guest etiquette
• Maintain treatment rooms, linen and products in immaculate condition
• Follow strict hygiene, safety and privacy protocols
• Share guest feedback with management to improve our services

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a spa or massage therapist
• Strong knowledge of Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone techniques
• Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Warm, calm and professional presence with guests
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on rotation

• Recognised certificate in spa therapy, massage or Ayurveda
• First-aid knowledge preferred
